Yep!!! A little HT'g relish and garlic on it, cooked rare. Sam Adams on the side can't get much better than that. :eek:

wow small ones huh??? the beef we home raise weight out at around 25 oz. for a 5/8" thick steak. IG got a few the other day. off a smaller cow this time though.
mashed potatoes and onions is all you need for those bad steaks.
 
Dammit MArk! I'm sitting here eating a stale banana-date muffin and swilling bad coffee and you show us those??? Grrrr! Me and IG and Grasshoppa are coming your way for a little cookout!
 
Think I'll work on getting the old grill ready for the weekend!!!!!
We have fillet mignon in the freezer!

I'm surprised, IG! For some reason I just pictured you as picking the steak up by the bone and eating caveman style, meatjuice running down your chin and dripping onto that gut!

I have absolutely no idea why you and Neanderthal seem associated in my mind....
