Well, I broke down and went against all my better judgement and went to a baseball game. I have always thought that baseball was so BOOOOOORRRRRRIIINNNNNGGGGGGGGG. But I have to admit I had a great time and even learned something.....definitely pay attention less you have baseball to the head  :D

So today was the Cubs and the Royals....tomorrow it will be the Mariners and the Giants. And then I think I'll be done. Unless someone wants to take me out to the ballgame. Maybe I'll try to actually obtain tickets to a regular season Diamondbacks game.....who would ever have thunk it :D

Gin, Baseball Will Always be BOOOOOORRRRRRIIINNNNNGGGGGGGGG too me! When I was a wee lad and we first moved to Florida we lived and I went too school in Jacksonville.
I loved too read and we had an unheard of whole one hour for lunch.
I was quite content too lose myself in a book after I had eaten but come too find out that wasn't allowed.
After you had eaten you were forced into some kind of sports, a ball game of some sort.
And that was on top of your scheduled gym class, ruined all organized sports for me.
Like some have said in the religion thread when you're forced too do something you begin too detest it.
That's what happened too me.
Being forced too play ball at lunch and then during gym I got too where I hated all types of sports and too this day I have absolutely no interest in any of them.
I'll also never forget Wednesdays at gym.
Wednesdays was called "Rhythm Day" and was a dance class.
All of us boys hated Rhythm Day, we were made too dance with Gurls!!!!
We all carried Cootie Catchers!!!!:p ;)

On the other hand Barb and the kids love football and Barb used too always bet on the World Series when we were working.
There are certain teams that Barb watches and during NASCAR & the Busch Series the TV is tuned too that channel on weekends.
I'm either on here or taking a nap, or watching the channel of my choice on one of the other TVs.:D ;)

I used to get picked for teams just before one of the team captains would say, "You can have the rest."

Not quite last but very close to. I like to think it was because I could run and not trip over myself that propelled me into the "at least I got picked" category. :)
