Don't mess with this lil' guy - he'll take your kneecaps off!

Here are some pics of my son wielding one of my recent "projects". I made this wood model and hope to get it to steel sometime. I think it's too radical for the kamis - though I would love it if they could do it.

Keep your eyes peeled, though - If I can get this one done, it'll be one heckuva knife.

Think of it as a cross between a khukuri, a "tracker" knife (popularized by Dave Beck and TOPS), and a subhilt fighter. :eek:

(p.s. I've already copyrighted the design...;))

That is a great looking knife. Would be interesting if the kamis started making some of those, might have to get one if they did:D

funny enough - it's almost exactly the same length as the AK Bowie. Just has more curve and a few more details we won't get into just yet...:D

Oh, yeah, that's a cool knife. I would definitely try one if the kami's want to try something new. You are one talented dude, Pen.
 
Dan, that's one fierce looking hobbit you've got there. Good form and weapon choice, but he needs a better shield, that one'll fold like tin foil.

Cool knife Dan. Been watching that Arnie Shwarzenegger movie "Predator". Maybe it's just me, but there's something Al Mar-ish about that sub-hilt handle. ;)

Great design on both that adorable little guy and that efficient lookin' katne. Mebbe you should call it a "Kid Katne".

Great lookin' boy there Dan!!!! He's a lucky kid in more ways than one. Has a really great guy for a dad and as a plus a dad that likes knives and other pointy sharp things.:D :cool: :D
