Took a trip to Reno and in front of Walmart was a sign shop. Rustic looking signs routed out. I remembered the story of someone about cutting his and his wifes initials had them make a heart shaped 6 or 7 inch piece of pine with black letters RS and MJ with a red inch-and-a half heart cut under the letters. Gotta stop now - OK she's gone now. Bet that makes a big hit with her.

( Also picked up some 8mm around by about 10 mm long potato shaped pearls at the bead shop. Now to string a mala of 27 x 12mm turquoise beads, a potato pearl, then a 15 mm chunk of mediterranean orange/red coral, another pearl, 27 more turquoise beads, then pearl/coral/pearl til it ends up with 108 turquoise, three pearl/coral/pearl intervals, and a pearl, 22 to 25mm turquoise nugget for a guru bead, then pearl to close the loop. Under the nugget will be coral, pearl, and then tassle. )

Of course once the wife sees the mala, ( the turquoise nugget was left over from her turquoise necklace, I suppose I'll have to go buy and make her a potato pearl/coral necklace.

Oh well, at least I'll have an FAL under the tree, er, um, make that in the back of the closet.

I miss them too.

And seeing Yvsa and hearing from Munk.

Munk's perception of the prime mover of the cosmos being a Great Heart pumping life into everything, everywhere, leaves me far more willing to accept and be part of it, and reminds me of the round dances the Northern Paiute that I was priviledged to participate in. Once we move past the mind to the heart, I can accept the experience of beingness that my mind abhors, refuses, and is always trying to twist into something different.
