OT: UK issues new guidelines for wasting bad guys

I don't know about khukuris, but the new guidelines are a step in the right direction.

A few years ago, munk and I discussed yelling, "Please don't kill me !!!" while grouping your shots. The greater the fear of imminent death, the less the attribution of culpability in the eyes of the law. :)
