Playing Santa for our 14yr. old grandson and a virtual reality system is tops on the list. I've done some on line research and been to the store, but still not sure which is preferable. Oculus versus the Play Station are the two being considered. Knowing the Fiddleback gang's diversity, there has to be some good advice available. Would welcome any and all thoughts.

Kinda leaning the PS4 version. Got to be careful though, this will be staying at my house most of the time and I don't want to be disappointed when keeping it warm for him.

Ps4 is going to give you a lot of bang for the buck, Rick. One of the bet games arguably ever made - The Last of Us - is on the system.

Can't you just teach him how to load ammo and work that Tippman?

He does some leather on his own, but the Tippmann is off limits, only certified techs are allowed near it. Reloading doesn't strike him as useful right now, but he will hand me brass as needed. I've already established joint custody of the PS and VR system and will not allow any games involving leather work.

Yeah that just shows just how desperate you were after that surgery. You let me play with that Tippmann for days!

Hell, I would pay to be able to drive over there right now and spend a couple hours punching leather with you buddy. I would pay.

Mainly for the music of course. And the boss lady's sideways glances at us when we get off track and stop working.
