Basically, the offer is this:

If you are a regular reader of this forum (or a newbie) and have unscrupulously picked the dreaded dancing badger avatar (bad rep in this forum) and would like a new one - a custom avatar.....

Shoot me an email with your idea of a great avatar and we'll get 'er done.

Oh no, Dan. I'm not photgenic enough for that. Maybe a looker like Bruise would be better suited for something of that ilk:)

How about a nice crossed khukuries avatar for us forumites?

(not for me though, im happy with my lil ninja)
 
done it already....search the archive for avatar.

Also did one with Bando on it too....nobody wanted it...someone finally took it....which was strange to me...I expected it to be a hot item.


My favorite of all, of course, is Logan1's avatar. Really got a kick out of making that one.

That's a generous offer Dan but the one I have, for better or worse, fits my personality :D

Ok Dan, I would like to take you up on the offer, but I can't see avatars on my computer at home. Is there anything I need to change? When I use the computer at one of my subcnontract locations, i can see the avatars.

I would like to use the old Swiss guy I posted a pic of on the last stand in Montana thread.

never Mind! I figured out how to turn on the avatars, and i will upload mine later.

Click on "User CP" at the top of the screen, then click edit options.

There's a check box to enable avatars in there somewhere.


Oh...I see you've already found it. :(
Check out my meadals, if you haven't seen em' before. :) :rolleyes:
