OT Who are we looking for?

While I can see that the deck of cards is easily portable, and a duo-use item, it still seems a bit silly to me.

Should communication to the troops resemble the "Phonics Game"?

I guess it's better than putting the pix on the ration packs, like the missing kids on milk cartons. Wouldn't want any one to lose their appetite.

Back when our enemies had air power we used similar decks with recognition charts on them. I think its a great idea so that these guys won't be able to hide with civilians or refugees. Its also pretty good propoganda.

Hadta have this piece of historical wartime memorabilia/propaganda. If I knew all my enemies soldiers were playing cards with my face, I'd be turning myself in.
