Knife comparison pic added to thread

Man this is one sweet knife. The clip point NOe is well balanced and feels like a fighter in the hand. The Ergo grips fit me like a glove, much better than my BATAC grips. I took it in the woods early yesterday and feel it would make a great all around knife. Thanks on_the_edge for such a cool pass around:thumbup:

Having fun with the clip point...sunk into the dead wood like butter

Works great on the small stuff...had fun with the stump, but its no chopper,
nor meant to be. Would make a great all around camp knife.

Great pics, Kenny. Thanks for sharing!

EDITED TO ADD: BTW, if anyone here wants a comparison, either by pics or description, of this knife with some other knife they have been wondering about, please speak up. We still have a bunch of folks here to go in this passaround, and I am sure most or all will be willing to accommodate to the best of their abilities if they can. After all, there's a lot of INFI that I DON'T have, or don't even have the pleasure of being able to say I held it.

Ken, nice pics, nice woods!

I have one like that, with Raptor pattern scales. You're right, it feels really good in the hand. On mine, the scales are tapered, thicker at the top of the spine, thinner to the bottom side. I have not seen this on any other Busse, but I haven't been around long at all. Are there other knives out there with this feature?

I have never seen one with the feature you speak of Guy??? Not been around all that long either so maybe someone can help us on that. Sounds like it would make for a great handle though:thumbup:

EDIT
Guy, I was wrong. After checking the knife it does have the same taper in scales that you mention. Can't believe I didn't notice that yesterday

Cool review, Kenny!!

It would definitely make a great camp knife. It feels like it's able to do just about anything you need. Thanks for posting.

Oh, and nice pics, by the way! ;)

Nice pics Kenny man !! Who says your an old school film guy ??!! ;)

I really do like the looks of that knife..... sigh...

Well, I guess I'll have to put another one on the must have list.

Good review of the grips. I love the BATACs but my only gripe is the way the grip fits my hand and feels. I do have a Mag BATAC which feels much better than the standard , but still not the holy grail or anything as far as ultimate in hand feel.

Take care and when are you oging to take me trout fishing ? :p

Was the end removed by the custom shop or was that done afterwards ? The NO-E is now on my shopping list!! Nice blade, thanks for the photos !

It was done by the custom shop. I think all of these (all of the 1 of the 14s that is) have had the end removed.

you have nice property!

None of that across the road is mine. There is a nice creek at the treeline and most you see in that pic can flood pretty quick. It should be in the owners family for a long time and you can't build over there anyway. I couldn't even pay the tax on all the land he owns.

I just own a little up the mountain, most of the rest is National Forrest land.

TDog...whenever you want to go fishing just let me know bro

I just took a very quick one Chris, thanks for bringing it up...didn't even think about it.
