Wow! I love the Buck but cant find one one their website. It looks like a Kalinga Pro but, they are fixed and yours looks like a folder.

Yup, it's the Kalinga Pro Folder, new release last year I believe... maybe two years ago.

Nah, just a loop on the sheath. Speaking of the sheath, I really don't like it. The knife doesn't fit inside it very well, and only vertical carry as well.
