What else do you sharpen with your stones except knives?
Personally the only other thing I've sharpened was a pair of scissors with my sharpmaker.

Can you sharpen iceskates with benchstones? How to you get the hollow grind?

I glued two old credit cards together and then put a put sharp edge on it to keep in my wallet.

I wonder if airport security will find it ? :p

I always have to reshape leatherman screwdrivers with ugly nicks after every use!
If you really want a versatile sharpening tool do what I did: take a diamond sharpening rod, cut with a file the handle part, which isn’t coated, and drill a small lanyard hole. Preferably use a round rod with a flat side and a fish hook groove. You can put it in your wallet (not next to metal), and you’ll never worry about loosing the edge on your knife when out home. It’s also good for smoothening sharp edges of glass and equipment.
Hope that’s help.:)

chisels, gouges, axes, hatchets, pruning/tree trimming tools . Dang near anything that cuts :D
