Nothing major, just got reminded that tools need to be maintained or they aren't safe to use.
I was trying to dress the wheels on my benchgrinder. Using the cheap little stone cutter that came with the grinder (8" crafstmen, heavy duty/professional or whatever they call it) The rowels are held on with a little bolt that slides through and is threaded into the side of the handle. It was loose, I didn't even think to check it. When I touched it to the wheel it cut for about 2 seconds and exploded throwing the cutters all over. Three of them went across my left hand and left tracks the whole way down, I have no idea where the other ones are at. Only drew blood in one small spot, but it didn't feel good and I suppose it could have just as easily been my face (I was wearing safety glasses)
So make sure all those bolts, nuts, set screws, and all are adjusted and tightened down accordingly so nothing flys apart while your using it. And make sure you've got the right safety equipment just in case it does.
