i am hurtin. my fingers are not just stiff. they are cramping.
sometimes they won't unbend and i have to pull them straight.

My mother suffers with it. Very nasty stuff, you have my sympathies.

You should look into voice-recognition software to ease the strain on your digits. I am not a tech savvy guy but about a dozen years ago my roommate had a program that worked fairly well. I'm sure it's advanced ions since. Maybe that will help. That and some Naproxen sodium. Consult with your physician before taking any medication.

if you're talking about Dragon dictate, yes - the latest version is pretty good.
we have several people in the office using it instead of dictating to tape and waiting on a paid transcriptionist to type up their reports.
