Probably breaking some kind of rule. But. In latest issue of Alabama Game and Fish there is an article by Chris Christian called "our guide to knife Blade steel". Money quote is at the bottom of the first page which is all of two paragraphs. "It's good to know the amount of chromium in a knife's steel. Less than 11 percent, and you're looking at an inferior knife blade." I swear.

The rest of the article is full of BS too but it starts out so badly that I just was too stunned to actually grasp the stupidity of the author and the fact that Alabama Game and fish would actually publish such.......dumbassedry...Maybe it's available online. It's the Feb 2014 issue. It's....pretty unbelieveable, the whole dang thing. It's worth a read just because....well it's amazing that this got by the supposed outdoor "experts" that supposedly populate the editors or Alabama game and fish.

Course, it's only one guys opinion.....:barf:
