Me, Mrs Pit and the dogs headed out for a local hike with some views today.
On the way up we came across this little fella, good job he made it up the tree before Snicker spotted him !
It was quite a hot, sweaty trek but we eventually reached the top:
The views make this hike worth the effort.
The mountain in the distance on this pic is actually on a different Island, it's called Saltspring and we are going there for a weekend break later this summer.
The dogs relaxed in the long grass before we headed back.
No need to ask what knife I had eh !!!
