Out of room??

Hi All,

I’ve got a basic membership and as of today I can’t attach photos from my phone.

There’s still an “Attach Files” icon to click, but when I do it doesn’t open my photos.

I’m guessing I’m out of megabytes for picture posting, but is there a way to double check before I go ahead and upgrade my membership?

When you say it doesn’t open your photo library, do you possibly mean that the screen is blank, so you have nothing to choose from your photo library?

I’ve had that happen occasionally, usually happens if I closed the icon out and opened it again to choose another photo, it will at times appear blank. It’s just a hiccup in the cookies on your browser.

Close out BladeForums, and open it up again and go right back to where you were posting. At least on mine, everything I typed is still saved, I just click on the Attach Files icon, and my photo library once again shows and I’m able to attach normally again.

If you happen to mean that your image fails to load after using the attach file icon, then your image is too large. Keep it under 1mb, 999kb or less works every time.

Awesome! Closing and reopening worked - must have been that cookie issue.
