What would you like to see your favorite maker or manufacturer create, that would be out of their "wheelhouse"? Something out of the ordinary, something you would be surprised to see them make?

I am on a slipjoint kick right now, and would frankly like to see a slipjoint from everyone ;) .

I want to see slipjoints from William Henry and Chris Reeve. Probably some more "refined" patterns, instead of a grand daddy barlow, maybe a serpentine jack?

Even though it's in the works, supposedly, I'd like to see a folder from ESEE. From the looks of things, I prefer the RC3 folder over the Izula folder.

I also want to see a few slipjoints from Bob Dozier. As opposed to what William Henry would produce, beefier built slipjoints, one blade patterns would be the easiest choice in my eyes.

I want an Emerson Light saber with "Wave" feature. How about a Strider set of kitchen knives in a Heat striped Ti knife block, with grippy Stider G-10 Lego block style handles.

^ Haha, I just pictured someone waving a light sabre and accidentally cutting thier own leg off.

That reminds me of the SMF cleaver I designed a while ago for gits and shiggles:

Be fun to see it made though :p

It needs an oval nail hole in the blade. :D

I'd like to see a Mora-like line of camping/wilderness fixed blades by Victorinox.

Strider? They'd be way too thick to slice anything in the kitchen XD Awesome idea though.

Since you asked... A. G. Russell is going to design a linerless folder with a 3.5" blade. I'm really looking forward to this one.

I've always wanted something like these, wish a maker would build them:

Something for lighter carry:

Cold Steel make a SodBuster lockback with a Tri-Ad lock, G10 scales and something like S35VN steel! I think that one would sell well! Kevin :D

I'd like Cold Steel to come out with a G10-handled knife that isn't so aggressive that it feels like 40 grit sandpaper. :D

A Cold Steel Gentlemen's knife, about a 1.5 inch blade, lockback, mother of pearl slabs, polished blade.

A Traditional pattern Spyderco.

I would like to see a sodbuster from Buck knives and I'm still waiting on that folder from Esee(Izula or RC3).
