The plum wood is beautiful, nice colouration. I cut a branch off my plum tree a week ago, I'm happy to see what it can look like. The blade, with a bit of scale left on it, goes well with the handle.

thanks you. yes the plum is a splendid wood,with a great variety of colors , a very good stability for a wood by its hardness and stabilizes well. but is a b..h on drying it crack from bark to center on full length, so i prefer to take the trunk which die in the plantation and dry stand right
