I recently finished this coyote jawbone knife that has 100 year old bodark, a 1941 trap tag, and damascus that includes a vintage Newhouse trap spring from a famous photographer. Figured this one needed an equally frontier style sheath. Since I already had coyote parts involved, I just went with that :)

VERY COOL. I don't think I would ever want something like that but the tie in with the knife is pretty badass

perfect! You did not disappoint with your choices regarding the sheath:thumbsup:

I was thinking that the whole time I was making it lol. I'm a plain jane utilitarian kind of guy in real life, but this project needed better than that.

Not my kind of thing either but that's not the point. It's done very well. Even if it is not your usual thing as a maker you have to stretch out creatively once in a while and take chances. I think you've done a great job with the knife and the sheath. If it is not spoken for already, it won't be long before it is. Someone will have to have it.

Thanks folks. I'm with you, Mark, not my preferred style, but it fit this project. It only takes one guy to NEED it lol.
