Outstanding Customer Service from Buck/USPS Bad!!

A buddy of mine sent his Odyessey? back to the factory to have the liner lock adjusted. He sent it through the U.S. Postal "Service," paying extra to have it insured and tracked. Upon checking the status of his package, he discovers that the USPS attempted to deliver it at 0715 local time - since no one was at work yet :rolleyes: , they left a note for Buck to pick the knife up at the local post office.

Three weeks later, still no word that it had been delivered. A call to the USPS in El Cajon proved fruitless and frustrating. A call to "Bob" at Buck yeilded results. They went and picked up the knife, are were repairing it within a few hours of call.

Sorry you had to go through hoops to get your knife! I appreciate your taking the time to compliment Bob. I will make sure he sees this!
