Outstanding customer service from Spyderco!

I had an issue with a Dodo that I recently purchased, and Amanda at Spyderco customer service took care of it immediately. I am really impressed!

You can buy Spyderco knives knowing that the company stands behind them!
 
I emailed a Spyderco a couple weeks ago wanting spare screws for my Millie and Manix. They asked for my address and I sent it but I have not received the screws yet. It has only been a couple weeks so I guess it may take awhile. :confused:
 
Just adding my two cents...I recently ordered a Calypso jr and Salsa from the Spyderco outlet store.

Silly me managed to both accidentally order the combo edge Salsa and immediately strip the clip screws of the Calypso. I emailed the outlet store and Cody was able to take care of both items.

To compound things further, when I got the plain-edge Salsa, I saw that it was right-hand only, so it had to go back again.

Anyway, thanks to Cody, Spyderco and the folks at the outlet store for bearing with me and providing great customer service throughout.
 
I have had 2 occasions to deal with Amanda and the folks at SFO. Both times with Amanda and the one time with SFO were super. I have absolutely no reason to deal with any other knife company. :)
 
I had a bent clip from a Yojimbo once, Sal send me a NEW redesigned clip wth 3 screws for free, because they found out that the clip culd bent on certain occasions. The Yo rides troublefree from now on in my pocket! :D
