Your right, REKAT's customer service is great. I sent in my sifu, which was having a stop pin problem and I got it back within 10 business days. I love REKAT. =]

I concur with your experiences. I have both sent in a knife and requested a lock spring from them. I can't say enough good thingd about REKAT's Customer Service.
