A big thank you to everyone at Buck Knives for such great service.

I have been buying Buck knives for about 15 years now, and they have without a doubt the best service of any company I've ever dealt with. I've never been dissappointed.

If you're looking for a great knife at a great price, with the service to back it up, I recommend a Buck Mayo Cutback, Ghost Rider, or Bones folder. I have all three and they're awesome. You don't have to spend a fortune to get a good blade.

Great job guys,
Clayton Hufford

Thanks for the heads up CH, i'm currently looking at getting a knife for a friend and something cool for me.

i am currently considering the Ghost Rider, and/or Bones folder for my buddy and a "889BK Black SBMF TM Military Folder" for myself, but then i also saw a "Cold Steel 27LTH Recon 1" for about the same price and now i'm in a conundrum, i like the Buck Strider shape, but i also like the seration on the Cold Steel.

if anybody has any thoughts or advice on my selections let me know. thanks

YOU HAVE TO GET THE KNIFE YOU LIKE BEST, BUT I WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL GET A BETTER WARRANTY WITH BUCK.

I like a lot of the Cold Steel stuff, and I've been a customer of theirs for a long time, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, and let's not forget the sleazy marketing practices. Lynn Thompson, along with another knife maker I know, has basically managed to alienate themselves from most everyone because of the personality disorders they obviously suffer from.

I would go with Buck. You will save money on the front end because they're normally less expensive, and you won't have any kind of problems down the road if you need assistance.

Regards,
Clay
