Just wanted to thank Chris Reeve Knives for their outstanding customer service. I wrote in asking about a small concern I was having with my sebenza -- Bridget asked me to send the knife in for a checkup. They ended up replacing the lock side slab -- but also resharpened and refinished the knife, and replaced the old-style clip with a new one. I got the knife back today and it looks like a brand-new sebbie! Total cost to me: nothing. Thanks again! You guys are truly a class act.
