Thank you so much for your kind words. We do stand behind our products and strive for the "no hassle" approach with our customers.

Our normal turnaround time (in-house) is 10-15 working days. In all fairness, though, we have had some delays recently, and others have waited a little longer than you to receive their product. I'm glad yours was received in a timely manner.

I hope we do not need to offer this kind of service for you again, but please know we are are here for any questions or needs you have.
