Thank you Jeff H., there was a knock on my office door near 4.00 pm this evening it was a man in a brown shirt with a small box with a littel plastic bag that was full of with washers.

KUDOS. The customer service alone was enough to make me decide I"m buying another Buck product and soon. You know what else just like every time before and there have been many, but my Buck Mayo TNT went back together like a dream. Locks up as if it were brand new, the way it does every time after a breakdown and clean. I swear just when I think that knife is going to get broke in, I take it apart clean it and the lock bar engagement goes back to its original position just like when it was new and there is not a bit of blade play.

OUTSTANDING, the best thing that happened to me today.

LOL It sure is nice to have Buck andn their employees actually talk and work with their customers,hats off again!
 
Mike, I'm not surprised hearing of your occurance . Buck employees are top shelf . Things like this is why we're loyal customers . DM
 
Look I own other brands and carry other brands but the only time I've gotten that level of service before was with a custom maker. The level of service combined with the promptness and courtesy just caught me off guard. We always bitch when its bad so I figured why not praise when its good. The experience was as I said just outstanding, so I figured I'd sound off.
