Over 4 days since paypal payment

I hoped not to be forced to right this "in public" but...
Over 4 days since paypal payment, 2 mail to Spark or what ever his name is, and No responce whatsoever. This is not a good start. If nothing happends in matter of responce or feedback I will claim a refund, and I will simply move along to the next forum that may be more interested in my money. After all, I have paid for a service.

I don´t think it takes longer time for the money or mail to arrive just because they come from Sweden?

Big upgrade Friday night I read, but is it not the same version number now as before?

Yeah, but does it work?
Would be nice to at least get a date when he got time to collect the money I sent him. 5 days now. If someone sent me money I would not wait this long to sort things out, if I wanted to keep a good reputation. But that just me.

Does it help if I scream?

I'm confused, since when does BF accept paypal as a form of payment? I have to reup as well this month and that would make it a bit easier since there's always a little money floating around in the pp account.

you can pay with paypal, but Spark has to manually charge it and you might have to wait a few days for that.
 
Now it over 6 days and I´m almost giving up hope.
The only thing left seems to be to claim the payment back through PayPal, I don´t like it but what can I do?

well the administrator, Spark, could be very busy. i would give it a little more time, although i can understand your frustration.

I know that I may be stating the obvious but is it possible that your upgrade has already been processed and you need to change your user group.....?

You can check this by clicking on his username and seeing if he has the option to be sent a PM. He does not, which means the upgrade has not gone through yet. ;)

I'm the only person who handles the paypal stuff, so I apologize for the delay, usually it's about 24-48 hours... it's just been a hectic week and weekend. Sorry!
