To grandmother's house for a few days. Back on Thursday, to get ready to go to New Orleans and the Sugar Bowl. Until then, War Eagle!

But, before I left, I just had to finally give in and order a SP NARK. Got the Black Canvas Micarta, as this is going to be a user. Because of the rope-cutting capability, emergency or otherwise, I see this as a superb boating knife.
 
Man, I'm about ready for a trip to N'Awlins.

Court of Two Sisters sounds real real good about now....bien sur les bon temps

Gonna see if Beausoleil is playin around that time?? Great group.
 
Court of Two Sisters, man that brings back some very good memories. I'm from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and I was dating a beautiful young lady (I'm 30 she was 25) from Jackson Mississippi. We spent a week in N'awlins and had the time of our lives. Thanks for reminding me of the good times, but man I miss that girl.
 
Yup, went down there when I was 20-ish. Met a waitress in a restaurant out Veterans Highway.

HOLY CRAP!!! Dem crawfish eatin wimmins know some tuffs!!! :eek: :eek:

That was her favorite place in the Quarter. I had been there a couple years before during Mardi Gras.

Oh yea, good memories, very good memories.

I hope you enjoy the sugar bowl, and the NARK. I just ordered one myself and I agree, It will be a user. I have found a guy that lives in town to make a kydex sheath for it and I can't wait. The same guy makes sheaths for Neil Blackwood as well. I hope you had a merry Christmas...And happy new year! And by the way......ROLL TIDE ROLL!!! You Bama boys need to be warned, I am sincerely pulling for Bama in their game with Minnesota, because Auburn needs the rest of the SEC to come off as strong as possible. However, it never seems to fail; when I pull hard for them, they always let me down.

That's because you are an Auburn fan :rolleyes: . If you were pure of heart like we are you wouldn't have this problem :p :p .

I can't say Auburn is all bad though, my little sister graduated there last year.

At least you had a great season this year.
