Hello! I am new to knives and I just bought this Trophy Stag hunting knife. I know that it is not at all an expensive or special knife, but the handle and blade looked cool so I picked it up. It is in pretty rough condition and is quite dull, so I was wondering what all I could do to fix it up and get it looking great. The sheath is also in poor condition but it does not matter quite as much. I know absolutely nothing about how to fix it so as much detail as possible is appreciated. 
Its main problems are a scratch in the blade, a chip in the bottom handle wood, tarnished brass, a dull blade, a worn-down sheath, a wiggly grip, and a little rust on the top of the blade. I know this is a lot of problems but any advice is appreciated. I have included photos and a video of the knife as well as photos highlighting all of the issues.
