Overlapping Subscriptions

Hi Spark,

I just received an email informing me that my Gold subscription is due to expire July 12. I upgraded to Platinum a while ago and assume that subscription will continue until the pro-rated date of its expiration. Under the new software both subscriptions have been showing under my username.

Here's the link to the thread I started here when I upgraded back when. Would you kindly let me know when my Platinum expires? I can't seem to find that info since the changeover.

Thanks so much for all your work getting the new software up and running. Everything has worked out nicely and it seems, at least from here, that any whining has quieted down.

Click "Paid Subscriptions" at the top of the page.
Then click "Purchase Details" at the top left.
