So one of my dilemmas on the average work day is this.... I work out in the field and find my belt cluttered with a multi-tool ( pliers), a fixed blade knife and my phone holster. It's nearly impossible to eliminate any of them due to what I do and the tools I need. Anyone carry a fixed blade with a sheath that has a place for a multi-tool or have any suggestions.?? Don't want it too bulky.... Thoughts????......

Have a sheath maker make a side by side pouch sheath for the fixed blade & MT.

Hi gradall - good to hear from you -

John made this for me - he called it a survival kit - but it could be adapted to hold a leatherman or some other type of tool - along with a knife.

You could go with a smaller knife than the Combat/Survival to pare it down in size -

I have a TOPS Hawke's Hellion and the sheath has 2 fairly sized pouches. One carries the 'emergency' whistle which was replaced with a 300 grit sharpening stone, and the other has my Super Tool 300.

my Becker BK16 sheath has a front pouch suitable for carrying a multi-tool.
sheath is sized for a 4"- 5.5" blade.
what fixed blade are you carrying?

No, pockets are an option, it's just sometimes my pockets are already full and I work in mud and grease 90% of the time so was trying to avoid sticking my hands in my pocket. Thinking a fixed blade with a pouch for my leather
Man may be my best bet...
