Overnight jaunt in White Mountain Park

I decided earlier this week that I desperately needed a night in the woods alone. I also thought it would be fun to stay close to home but take minimal gear and start at dusk to give me a little bit of practice navigating and setting up in the dark. Sorry about the picture quality, it was pretty dark.

I wish I had taken pictures of the river in the early morning but I was a little chilled and anxious to get home for a hot breakfast. The early night was very humid and left my clothes feeling damp and then the temperature started to really drop around midnight.
 
that blade forums/wss patch is cool. ive seen em before . any chance of picking one up from anyone? thanks

edit: obviously i need to pay more attention as spark just asked if there was interest in patch.

btw looks like a great way to spend as nite... need to be doing that more meself. thanks blais

I really need a night out as well, however I have been working on most of the weekends. Thanks for sharing, I will hopefully be able to get out at least a few days toward the end of this month.

i kind of thought that was what it was but i coudlnt tell bc of the blury pic.. i owned one of them before. hope that one is a good one. mine sucked, sold it. either way, glad you got out and about

Did you have the low-shooting issue? How old was it? Some of the older ones were really iffy.
