Overseas communities...

Curious: while noticing that things have been moved around, I saw that an area for foreign communities was created.
Question: Why was the one designated Africa/Asia followed by "Never" in the threads box?
Curious, as there are several makers from S. Africa that are pretty well known, and IIRC, there are some from China who have even posted on BFC...
I did look at the announcements, but that didn't address this...

It's a new forum; nobody's ever posted in it, so there's "never" been any postings. :)
