I have an offer from an individual in Taiwan to purchase a knife I have for sale on the forum. It's a custom Hawg Millenium with a 4' blade and liner lock. How would I find out if it is a legal knife under the laws in that country? Any help would be appreciated.

Might have better luck posting this on the Community section in the Asian/Australian forum. I've dealt with a couple of dealers who've shipped stuff to Taiwan - I'll let you know if I find out anything.

Regards

I am a law school student and a "knife person" all my life.In Taiwan,we can own any
knife(but we can't carry knives
legally),but we need special permit to own,to sell daggers, switchblades, butterfly knives and samurai swords.Theoretically,in Taiwan we need permit to import any knife, but the Customs usually won't require permits for folders.
