well, not maybe "salt", but how about an Assault Shaker. :D

Finally tracked mine down from Mr. Brownsocks after I neglected to update my new shipping address with the Busse folks.

This is one tasty little morsel. And holy frijoles! Talk about sharp!

I had no idea that such a small knife from 0.250" stock could be this sharp. Guess I had to find out the hard way doing some yardwork over the last couple of days. I'm not used to getting such performance from a small knife, and I wasn't accurately gauging how I was using it. Several Band-Aids later, all is well, and I've developed quite a fondness for this little nipper.

An excellent job by the Busse folks! :)

The AS carries quite a punch for such a small package. Definitely a must have for any Busse user.

BTW all 3 of mine were also razor sharp. :D:D

Yep, mine gets lots of love also. Thankfully never
tasted blood though, at least not mine.:D

I found out how sharp mine was lastnight. I was practicing learning how to tie a D-guard, and what do you know it was sharp enough to dig to the knuckle bone with the first slip. A little superglue did the trick to seal the wound without a trip to the ER.

Thanks for the post -- jumped my enthusiasm right back up to where it was when I ordered my AS. I can't wait for mine to arrive.

Conratulations Don!:D

Now that you've given INFI a quick way to enter your blood stream the infection should take hold quicker than usual:eek::p:eek:

There's no holding back on #2 now!:D

Geez, Strabs, that happened several years or so ago when I got my SHII, then a bit later with my DWMS. It seems that every Busse I've bought gave me a nip and then lots of great service. I'm not going to complain about that, I'm getting the much better end of the deal. :)

I'm just a bit amped to get my first Busse after several years of other committments and obligations. Saving for a while certainly made it all the more worthwhile, just like the others.

Glad I haven't putzed with my Stealth Hawk, that MP-45 is supposed to be really nasty stuff. :barf:

Good Evening Everyone-

Many people will be happy to hear (brown-socked deliverypeople, too) that another batch of Assault Shakers should be finding its way back to Wauseon within two weeks or so. They'll then ship from there to their final destination.

If you've ordered an Assault Shaker in the past few months, keep yer' fingers crossed that it is in that batch. Received this good news from a phone call placed to the Busse factory earlier today.

Regards,

~ Blue Jays ~
