OK, so I am practicing my backhand opening, and it is going ok. I am not sure how to close it though, so I tried closing it the same way I open it. The thing though, is that the blade is going at my hand.

Well, I keep trying this, and I totally bash my thumb-
OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!

I was bleeding non-stop for about 10 minutes. This really blows. :(


Yeah, and I re-opened the cut like 3 times that night. It hurts like a beach...

IMHO, one direction is always easier than the other, whether it's forward, reverse, etc...... Practice makes perfect! Speed will follow as you get more comfortable with the movements.

Stick with knives...:p ..., if you think these openings are tough.., [LOVE] is going to really hurt!!!! :cool:
