I don't know what info you need, but PJ Tomes is an ABS Master Smith. He makes many different styles of knives fixed and folders, forged and stock removal. He won Most Innovative Folder at Blade Show in 2000 & 2001. He's a prolific maker and his prices are very reasonable. He also happnes to be a heck of a nice guy to talk to. If you need contact info send me an E-mail. He's not online so you will have to call him.

That is a really nice knife you have there, Stumpy. You have been adding some wonderful knives to your collection lately.

P.J. Tomes makes some fantastic knives. He has been doing so for quite awhile now.

Stumpy, congrats on the nice knife! You must have called AZCK or you get their catalog because only the stag mini bullet is on their website. Is the steel 12C27? I have two P.J. Tomes folders. A large bullet and a double lockback moose, both are 12C27. I carry the moose every day, but I do very little with it. It's such a cool knife, that I can't help but baby it. I'm glad you posted your knife. I had talked to P.J. Tomes about making me a bullet not long after I got my moose from him. Yours looks so good that I'm sure that I will order one now.

Thanks for the nice comments gents and Phil double on the extra info.
Anthony,I believe the blade steel is 12C27.My collection is mostly made up of tac. folders and fixed hunters.I think some of Gus's,Randy's and KWM's tastes are rubbing off on me.Old money costing Bastid's:D :p

NP Stumpy.
Just another note about PJ's work, only his forged knives will be stamped MS for ABS Master Smith.

Check out AZ Custom Knives website now!

They have added more P.J. Tomes after the Blade show.

I really like his slipjoints. They have some single blade slipjoints for only $195
I cannot believe it- a slipjoint from PJ for only $195!

I just placed an order for that drop point. It's not often, you see a folder by a mastersmith for under $200, even if it is not a forged piece. I know that his bone jigging alone is worth $200 IMHO.
