No, not Personal Survival Knife, it`s a Personal Steak Knife! This one measures 7 3/4" overall, with a 3 3/4" blade, 1/16" thick, and 1" tall. It has a convex / scandi grind, and is razor sharp! If there is interest in these, I will make them in any black micarta handle material for $80 + $6 shipping, with no sheath. If you want a kydex blade cover so you can toss it in your pack, I will make one for $12 extra.
