I was at a gun show today, and saw a sebenza in a case,so I asked to look at it. There was a P below the CR symbol, and no markings on the back, or pocket clip. I looked up that they are old productions from the 90's,but don't know more than that. Are these faked often? It was laying amongst a pile of older looking fixed blades,so didnt seem very legit. What is a reasonable price to buy them at,if I can ask that.

Not worth faking a p sebenza, the grinding on them is much more sophisticated. The p was to the right of the logo and what they're worth depends on the condition and if you have all the original papers and box that came with it. I would pay 1K for an untouched large p sebenza with box and all the paperwork being in mint condition (must be untouched, never seen the spa, untouched)

It came with a nylon sheath I think, which was another oddity for me. I only look at the newer models.

The P models without a clip came with a nylon sheath with the CR logo. Was the P below or to the right of the logo? I have not seen a lot of fakes of this model, for what that is worth.

It should look like this one (this is a large with Bead Blasted Blade).

O.k,thanks. I'm pretty sure the background on CR logo on the sheath was red, and the P is facing as such when the knife is held vertically.
