I'm sure there has been a few of these but it's my turn! I have had 2 original Paras, 2 Para 2s and 2 Millies. They are just great knives period. There are things I like about each Para so I figured I'd better have both. My first P2 was an early black/satin but I traded that when the P2s were crazy hot. I wanted a digicam so bought a P2 digi/satin. Then decided what good is digicam without a black blade...
So my 2 current Paras are these below. Each great knives that I would have cherished when I was still in the Marines. I like the original clip MUCH better as it looks and was tough. I don't carry a Para or Millie when I want deep carry so that never mattered. I'd rather have a nice chunk to grab actually. After much experimenting I also prefer tip down carry with any Millie/Para. I have tried more than once with the P2 and don't like tip up. The over-sized lanyard hole is O.K. and the ergos of the P2 are great improvements with the biggest for me being no more knuckle busting reaching in pocket! Can't say enough good things about this model..
