You'll have to excuse my poor photography skills. This is one I'm taking to Memphis to give to me grandfather this weekend. He doesn't know I'm coming so I'm going to surprise him with it. This is one I made out of a Nicholson file. In a couple of the photos, I tried to take pictures to show how I did the lanyard hole. I did a cutout around the hole that showed the Nicholson insignia on one side and "Hand Smooth" on the other. Also, I left some of the file toothiness on top to act as thumb jimping. That kind of micarta makes the handle shape look kind of funny in pictures. I promise you, the curves and shaping on that handle is perfect. That swirl just makes it look off. I'll admit, it's a less than photogenic knife. lol
Specs:
Blade: Nicholson file
OAL: 10.5"
Width: 3/16"
Cutting Edge: 4.5"
Grind: flat saber
Handle: Bloody Denim micarta w/ black spacer
Pins: Stainless
Thanks for looking.
