Saylor was stopped at a checkpoint and told he could not carry a small Swiss army-type knife that was attached to a key chain onto the plane.

Told to discard it or place it into checked luggage, he returned a short time later with a carry-on bag for screening. An X-ray of the bag revealed the knife inside, according to a police report.
