Pacific Cutlery Fer de Lance

My PC Fer de Lance just made it from Sydney to Tatuí and I wanted to thank the guy who posted the info about Michael Yeats on the Forum.
By the way, I noticed that this knife´s finish is slightly poorer (nothing really bad) than the one on the first Fer de Lance I owned. Would it be a different QC level for the knives who went to the US or different production periods? Any opinions?

Yes, I remember those Fer de Lance from the good ol' days... Never owned one myself, though.
