Anyone have any idea what a Pacific Cutlery Balisong Jody Samson Weehawk blade skeleton handled butterfly knife might be worth? Knife is in excellent condition. Blade has not cut anything, but has scratches from flipping.

I don't have a good (accurate guess) as to what it is really worth...I know someone else will. I do know that you should specify how long it is. For example, does it have a 3" long blade or is it 4" long. That'll help people substantially.

Still loaded...

Yes, I'm sure Chuck would know. Does it have exposed or hidden pins, what's the blade style, and such details can really help price a knife.

Blade length is the critical question. Stainless Steel handles, skeletonized, weehawk blade, Pacific Cutlery, standard Batangas latch, I assume. But, then there's the damage. Oh, I hate damage. How bad is it?

How much damage???? Good question. The nkife dates from the early 80s' If I remember correctly. I bought it new. Most of the time, it's resided in it's sheath, but, it has been flipped. The handles are perfect, but the latch has pin prick marks on it from the blade, and there is lots of blade wobble when opened. If I can, I'll take a picture of it over the next couple of days.
Thanks for the help.

It's worth at least what you paid for it, despite the 'damage'

. It's probably a 4" bladed skeleton stainless and with the sheath, IMHO, it'd go in the $300-$350 range. These are the kinds of knives that make great users and are what I like to carry; I like the 3/16" blade stock and the added weight.............

I concure. About $350. There are plenty of these around in mint condition if you're patient and look, so a collector doesn't need to shell out a huge price for one that's got damage. Also, I'll bet that if your latch has damage, under a 8x loupe, I'll find chips on the blade too. But, they are great users and very durable, well-made knives. Well worth $350.
