Just curious how members like the Pacific Salt for fish cutting? I have a ton of fillet knifes in my boat (little 20 footer used to fish Long Island Sound) but I also have a spyderco addition. I don't really need another knife but its still snowing in CT and I need a yellow handle knife to brighten my mood. I have a USN catcher man that impresses my friends at the fillet table, just curious on how this knife works for cutting fish.
