Sent in my EDC samll Insingo to have a few factory mods. Only been about 4 weeks, but it felt like FOREVER.
New silver hardware, replaced the screws, retreated the lock up, sand blasted and sharpened her like new, and...

a little personal touch.

Now to twist up a new lanyard and sleep with it under my pillow tonight:D

Very cool there, Arskrg. Nice to know a knife can be made to look new again.. Like the verse too.

^ that. Specifically the engraving. I hope you don't mind if I copy. That is a life verse for me.

Not bad at all. The thumb stud was $11.50, spacer was $4.65, screws $2.00, engraving $32.50. Total was right around $50 before shipping.
About a month ago my hope was to find one with silver hardware on the exchange and sell mine. Realizing that they're probably pretty rare that way I called the factory to ask about pricing for switching out the blue. I was really surprised how inexpensive it was.
And Heather at CRK is great to talk to on the phone, very nice lady.
The REALLY hard part was being without my Insingo for a month. Griptilians and ZT0550s are nice and all, but they're a far cry from having a CRK in your pocket.

That's not near as bad as I thought it might be, I can see sending a few of mine in that I'd been holding off on.

Thank you

Nice knife. I have been wondering how much the spacer costs but haven't gotten around to calling CRK. Thanks for the info. Enjoy the Insingo.

Very cool!

I just sent my large for some work and can't wait to see how it turns out. This will undoubtedly be a long 4wks if that's the turnaround time!

Outstanding results! I've yet to use CRK support services, but it's darn sure refreshing to see some of the fantastic results. Top notch product support is an expensive endeavor and requires a sincere commitment on behalf of the Manufacturer; although it can be challenging to save up the coin for a premium tool, it's easy to justify the purchase of a CRK, in part due to their superb customer/product support.

Quick question on the engraving did you get to choose the font? Or is that the only style CRK offers? I like it and want my small insingo engraved for Christmas!

I'm not really sure, if there are different fonts this one must be the default choice.
