I ordered this one on August 19th, holy crap that was fast....unless someone else ordered one of these between 4a.m. West Coast time and 8a.m. August 19th, when Jerry announced that the TGLB was sold out, this could be the last Combat Grade to be made..........Have two more packages that will be coming my way soon, possibly a 4th if I can swing for the CG SOB on the 25th.

This is a part of my search to try out all the handle materials and blade coatings, think I like the G10 the best so far with the exception of Res-C. Also the Green coating seems to be the smoothest so far.

Would be awesome to see the TGLB come from the Yard in 1095 with Res-C, i'm in for several of those.
 
I ordered four a week before you and 3 arrive today. Not sure why only three and not all four. Anyway here are the three. It is good to see all the combos in one thread like this.

Man I screwed up not placing my order when I called and spoke to that beautiful voice at Busse. I waited to raise more cash for my Comp finish and it was discontinued, then a few weeks ago, I had a nice TGLB added to my cart and decided to wait a day or two to see if one would pop up on the exchange over the weekend-AND BOOM, THEYRE GONE!

The threads like this one where you Hogs with deeper wallets show off these sexy TGLB's are killing me. Now I'm constantly refreshing the exchange hoping that the right one shows up at a fair price.

Congrats on your blades and thanks for posting pics, the knives look SWEET!

In the future I will no longer exercise patience or self control, it's obviously over rated😈
 
I do not have a deep wallet, but I been working my tail off grabbing up over/time like mad the last two months...Gotta get the spare cash while the gettin is good.

This is only my 4th Busse and Kin, will have 6 when the others finally ship but both of those are cheaper than one TGLB....

I'm just hoping I will still be grabbing enough hours to pull off an order for 2 CG SOB's...one for me and one for the Wife. Want to match them and have our wedding date etched on them.

After that I think I'm set on fixed blades for a time, unless Jerry brings back the Bear Cubs, Basic 9, or Basic 13...

Very nice pile of TGLB goodness...I still feel that I should have grabbed 8 more TGLB's.

It is definately the only one I have seen with the Orange and Black G10 and Green Blade....seems wierd but I really like the color pattern. Was wanting 2 SOB's the same but they do not have the Green option, probably have to do Orange and Black with Tanker Grey..

I've been pondering that pattern, but have never spotted one to look at.

Anyone have the Orange and Black on Muddy? Please post a pic if you do.

My SOB may need to come in that pattern.
