Packing an M1

Does anyone carry a Maxpedition M1 on a regular basis? How much stuff can ya get in it? I saw a thread in the archives where someone packed a first aid/survival kit into an M2 and found that rather impressive. I'm not sure either of those are any better than the pouch I have now (a small Case Logic camera case from Wally world) and can't seem to find any place where I can go and actually hold these things for myself.

I'm also interested in hearing some more about the capacities of the M1 and M2. I can't find any locally to handle, but they do look handy!
