Any idea where I can purchase some nice padded knife cases in various sizes?

The Bay. I've bought a few from different sellers and I've always been satisfied.

Check out the Maxpedition R-7. I bought one on the 'Bay (one of the sellers there had the best item + shipping price I could find) and got another as part of a trade.

I use a couple of Maxpedition Dodecapods for my rotation. I like them a lot and they offer great protection for my rotation. 12 knives per unit.

Once again I need to remind everyone: the General Knife Discussion is NOT Bladeforums all-purpose bulletin board. Knife cases are not knives; I have moved this to Gadgets & Gear.

Kershaw/ZT knife bags are padded and can hold up to 25+ knives each. You can add more flaps and increase storage capacity. They work great for thin and beefy folders as they have different widths. I store flashlights and watches in one and some knives in anothers. Spyderpac is also extremely good quality. you can see your knives, hang up the pack, and when folderd offers layers of protection.
