Has anyone heard from him recently?
I've been trying to reach him and keep getting no response.
Not sure if he's incommunicado or if I'm just on the pay-no-mind list.

I'm not on Facebook, his website's not up, and I don't have his ph#.

Can someone get me his Ph#?

I just got an order of steel from him, and just got off the phone with him. He said he should have his sight back up by the end of the week.

I think you meant to say "SITE". Let's all hope that he doesn't have his "SIGHT" back up, because if he ever gets it back and looks in the mirror, we may never hear from him again.:D

Just kidding Brother Aldo. I love ya, even if you are a big old Yank. Hope to see you again soon.

Robert

I was just up at his place. What a great guy. Spent about 2 hrs talking with me and showing me around his shop. Should have the site up and running by end of the week.

Shop number (862) 203-8160

I do not have a pay no mind list. The problem is I take to much time with the list I have. The new site will be up soon and it will(Lord willing) give me a lot more time to get to everything. A year ago I was still swinging wrenches. I have fallen on my face a dozen times this year wanting to get this thing right and when I do we will all be a much happier bunch. That's a promise to every one of you.

Enough Said!
The Baron

PS- Rob, I feel the same. See you at Batson's
PSS-Mr. Archer, I enjoyed your visit. Next time up I'll have the forge at the shop.(Turns out that making knives with my own steel is considered Research & Development : )

Hey when you get that forge in there lemme know. We still have knives waiting to be smacked around some more.:p

Getting thing ready to bring in the W2 and 1084 if it's not here already. I have to watch the weather. I don't want to end up with 30,000 pounds of rusted W2 and 1084.

I've sent quite a few emails with no response, I guess I just need to call him... Problem is I think about calling when it's 10pm PST!

Aldo's son is working for him now. Efficient, professional and capable. They'll make a great team. FWIW, I've found in the past that the website and email may be there for out convenience - but the phone really makes things happen.

Rob!
